By decision of the Deputy Minister of National Defence Mr. Ioannis Kefalogiannis, a military doctor, “neurologist”, is allocated to the General Hospital of Xanthi, following a relevant demand from the Ministry of Health. In this context, the said officer will be allocated to the aforementioned Hospital once a week, until completing 30 days,provided that service needs allow it.

The Deputy Minister of National Defence Mr. Kefalogiannis stated: “TheMinistry of National Defence stands by the Greek Society’s side, defending the citizens’ welfare and their equal access to healthcare, wherever and whenever needed.”
