The Alternate Minister of National Defence Dimitris Vitsas accompanied by the Chief of HNDGS Admiral Evangelos Apostolakis, the Chief of HNGS Vice Admiral Nikolaos Tsounis and the Commander in Chief of Hellenic Fleet Vice Admiral Ioannis Pavlopoulos, boarded submarine PAPANIKOLIS which conducted a successful exercise of torpedo firing against a surface target.
