The Alternate Minister of National Defence Dimitris Vitsas visited today, Friday May 13 2016, the Hellenic National Defence College and delivered a speech to the students-officers, on the “Challenges, perspectives and strategic goals of the Ministry of National Defence”. After the speech, he answered the students’ questions.
