The Alternate Minister of National Defence Fofi Gennimata represented Greece yesterday at the commemoration of the 100th anniversary of the First World War held in Nieuwpoort and in Ypres, Belgium.
At the commemoration of the German invasion into Belgium, chiefs of states and delegations were invited from several countries which participated in the First World War, among which was also Greece.
