On Thursday, 20 December 2018, the Alternate Minister of National Defence Panagiotis Rigas, visited Army units in Evros prefecture. Specifically, he was accompanied by the Army Inspector General Lieutenant General Nikolaos Manouris and the D Army Corps Commander Lieutenant General Georgios Kampas, and he paid visits to the Surveillance Posts “1” and “DILOFO”, to the headquarters of the 50th Mechanised Brigade and to the Simulation Centre at “KANDILAPTIS” Camp, and exchanged wishes, on the occasion of Christmas holidays.
