On Friday, 05 October 2018, the Alternate Minister of National Defence Panagiotis Rigas met at his office in the Ministry of National Defence with the Chief of Staff of the German Federal Armed Forces, General Eberhard Zorn, who is paying an official visit to Greece, upon invitation of his Greek counterpart. The meeting was attended by the Chief of Hellenic National Defence General Staff, Admiral Evangelos Apostolakis HN and the German Ambassador to Athens, Jens Plötner.
