We announce the resumption, as of tomorrow, Tuesday 1st August 2023, of the extended Security and Fire Safety Inspections in Services, Units and Groups of the Armed Forces, under the directions of the Minister of National Defence Nikos Dendias and as per the instructions and orders of the Chief of HNDGS General Konstantinos Floros, regarding the improvement and enhancement of the current measures, wherever and if required.
The duty will be executed by the General Inspection Directorates of the General Staffs, through the establishment of specialised committees per Service, which will submit conclusions and particular proposals for every inspected site to HNDGS.
In charge of the aforementioned activities will be the Army Inspector General, the Navy Inspector General and the Air Force Inspector General, while the results will be submitted to HNDGS hierarchically.
