On Tuesday, 26 February 2019, upon order of the Minister of National Defence Evangelos Apostolakis, the Armed Forces provided personnel and assets to restore storm damage in Crete.
In particular, two (2) Belley bridges and the relevant vehicles and technical personnel are ferried to Hania, with two (2) additional bridges of the same type ready to be ferried, if necessary.
