The Alternate Minister of National Defence Panos Rigas and the Alternate Minister of Health Pavlos Polakis signed a Joint Ministerial Decision, regarding the assignment of ten (10) enlisted doctors to Regional Clinics and Health Centres in remote regions of the country.
These enlisted doctors have the opportunity to have their military service period also credited as rural service period, at the expense of the Ministry of Health.
More specifically, the enlisted doctors were assigned to:
Chalki Regional Clinic, Koufonisia Regional Clinic, Fourni Regional Clinic, Galatas Health Centre, Krokyleio Regional Clinic, Palaiokatouna Regional Clinic, Kerasohori Regional Clinic, Perdikario Regional Clinic, Gavdos Regional Clinic, and Kasos Regional Clinic.
