Upon decision of the Deputy Minister of National Defence Thanasis Davakis, a medical doctor enlisted soldier was assigned to cover the needs of the Multi-purpose Regional Clinic of Psara
The Deputy Minister of National Defence Thanasis Davakis stated the following:
“Reinforcing the healthcare facilities on our remote islands constitutes a constant priority for the Ministry of National Defence. Through the assignment of a medical doctor Enlisted Soldier to the Multi-purpose Regional Clinic of Psara, we prove once more in practice, that the Government and our Armed Forces stand beside the inhabitants of our remote regions”.
