Upon decision of the Deputy Minister of National Defence Thanasis Davakis, a medical school graduate enlisted soldier was assigned to cover medical needs at the Regional Clinic of Pserimos, as announced today, Wednesday 27 August 2025.
The Deputy Minister of National Defence, Mr. Thanasis Davakis, stated the following:
“The Armed Forces consistently stand by the side of the society, ready to provide assistance, whenever and wherever necessary. With targeted actions, we carry on actively supporting public healthcare, making sure that all citizens, and in particular the inhabitants of our islands, such as the island of Pserimos, will have public healthcare coverage”.
