On Wednesday, 13 February 2019, the Alternate Minister of National Defence Panagiotis Rigas awarded honorary distinctions to the Armed and Security Forces Football Team, which got past the finals of the Military World Games to be held in October in China, as well as to the Sergeant Master Anastasios Papandriopoulos for winning first place at the Greek National KICK BOXING Championship (at 87 kg).
