The Minister of National Defence Mr. Panos Panagiotopoulos will pay tomorrow a two-day visit to Paris, following an invitation extended by the French Minister of Defence Mr. Jean Yves Le Drian.
During their meeting, Mr. Panagiotopoulos and Mr. Le Drian will discuss matters of defence and military cooperation between Greece and France, matters of coordination between the two ministries, as well as matters of mutual interest for both countries, concerning security matters in the broader region of South-Eastern Mediterranean.
The Minister of National Defence, during his stay at the French capital, will visit the Paris Air Show 2013 taking place at the ‘Le Bourget’ Exhibition Centre, where he will have the opportunity to meet – at bilateral level – with other countries’ Defence Ministers who also are in Paris these days, on the occasion of the International Exhibition.
