The Alternate Minister of National Defence Dimitris Vitsas, representing the government on Monday 5 February 2018, attended a commemoration ceremony held in memory of the 63 air force officers who were killed in action on board the C-130 748 aircraft on mount Othrys, on 5 February 1991. During the commemoration ceremony in St. Dionysius Church in Piraeus, a Trisagion service and a wreath-laying service were held.
