The new round of meetings on Confidence Building Measures between the Hellenic and Turkish delegation took place on 6 November 2024 in Istanbul. The meeting was hosted by the Ministry of National Defence of Turkey.

The delegations consisted of ambassadors, high-ranking military officers and other officials of the two sides.

During the meeting, the two sides did a review of Confidence Building Measures scheduled for 2024 and discussed the implementation of the mutually agreed Confidence Building Measures activities for 2025.

The meeting took place in a good atmosphere.

The next meeting will be held in Greece.
