On Wednesday 25 May 2021, the Deputy Minister of National Defence Alkiviadis Stefanis participated in the raising awareness actions which continue in the context of the “ONE in FIVE” campaign on the prevention of sexual violence against children.
The on-line event was attended this time by personnel and parents of children attending Armed Forces Nurseries in Alexandroupolis, Didimotoicho, Orestiada, Feres, Soufli, Komotini, Xanthi, Mytilene and Chios.
Mrs. Elena Rapti, MP of A’ region of Thessaloniki, coordinator of the campaign, along with her opening speech, presented audio-visual material based on European Council standards. Then Mrs. Sofia Kousidou, Head of the Sub-directorate of Juvenile Protection of the Thessaloniki Police Department, took the floor.
