The Governmental National Security Council decided on:

1. The appointment of Lieutenant Generals, Vice Admirals and Air Force Lieutenant Generals as follows:

a. ARMY

(1) Lieutenant General Ioannis Tsioplios, as Commander of the First Army.

(2) Lieutenant General Anastasios Spanos, as Army Inspector General – Training Doctrine Commander.

(3) Lieutenant General Dimitrios Houpis, as Commander of the Special Warfare Command.

(4) Lieutenant General Dimokritos Konstantakos, as Commander of D΄ Army Corps.

(5) Lieutenant General Sotirios Kostakoglou, as Commander of the Higher Military Command of Interior and Islands.

(6) Lieutenant General Spyridonas Alfantakis, as Commander of the National Defence College.

(7) Lieutenant General Andreas Koronakis, as Deputy Chief of HAGS.

(8) Lieutenant General Stavros Papastathopoulos, as HAGS Chief of Staff.

(9) Lieutenant General Paris Kapravelos, as Commander of C΄ Army Corps/NRDC-GR.

b. HELLENIC NAVY

(1) Vice Admiral Dimitrios – Eleftherios Kataras, as Commander in Chief of the Hellenic Fleet.

(2) Vice Admiral Frangiskos Leloudas, as Deputy Chief of HNDGS.

c. AIR FORCE

(1) Lieutenant General Georgios Kyriakou, as HNDGS Chief of Staff.

(2) Lieutenant General Dimosthenis Grigoriadis, as Commander of the Air Support Command.
