The Minister of National Defence Dimitris Avramopoulos will make a two-day visit in Israel (December 15-16 2013), two months after the calling of the Cooperation Council between Greece and Israel.
After his visit, Mr. Avramopoulos will have discussions with his Israeli counterpart Moshe Ya’alon and he will be received by the President of the State of Israel Shimon Peres.
The Minister of National Defence will also visit the Patriarchate of Jerusalem, where he will have a meeting with His Beatitude the Patriarch of the Holy City of Jerusalem and all Palestine Theofilos III.
Mr. Avramopoulos will be accompanied by the Chief of the Hellenic National Defence General Staff, General Michail Kostarakos.
