On Friday, 9 June 2023, the Minister of National Defence Mr. Alkiviadis Stefanis received in his office, presidents of retired Officers and NCOs Unions, as well as of the Share Funds.
Specifically, the following participated: the Vice President of the Army Retired Officers Union Major General Ioannis Devouros, the President of the Navy Retired Officers Union Vice Admiral (ret.) Theodoros Geroukis HN, the President of the Air Force Retired Officers Union Lieutenant General Konstantinos Tzavellas, the President of the Army Share Fund Lieutenant General (ret.) Antonios Mytilinakis, the President of the Navy Share Fund Vice Admiral Ioannis Samaras HN, the President of the Air Force Share Fund Lieutenant General Dimitrios Mihaloliakos, the President of the Army Retired Officers and NCOs Association Lieutenant Colonel (MED) (ret.) Dimitrios Peppes, the President of the Navy NCO School Graduates Union Lieutenant (Navy Command and Staff Officers School) (ret.) Pavlos Sofikitis, the President of the Air Force Technician NCO School Graduates Union Colonel (Telecommunications-Electronics) Vasileios Tsiligiannis.
It was decided that the Retired NCOs will receive a pass to enter Army Summer Resorts, Clubs, Military Exchange Stores, Military Hospitals, as well as the Army Share Fund Hospital. Views were also exchanged regarding the establishment of a Nursing Home.
