The Minister of National Defence, Nikos Dendias, will visit the United Arab Emirates (UAE) on 18 and 19 May 2024.
Mr. Dendias will meet with the Minister of State of the UAE for Defence Affairs, Mohammed bin Mubarak Fadel Al Mazrouei.
At their meeting, the issues to be discussed will be the deepening of the strategic relation between Greece and the UAE, the security situation in the broader area of the East Mediterranean and the Gulf, as well as the promotion of the bilateral cooperation in the field of defence industry and innovation.
The Minister of National Defence will also meet with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the UAE, Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed al Nahyan
