The Minister of National Defence Mr. Nikolaos Panagiotopoulos delivered an address at the opening of the Symposium of the Interallied Confederation of Reserve Officers (CIOR – Confédération Interalliée des Officiers de Reserve), in the context of the Summer Congress of the Interallied Confederation of Medical Corps Reserve Officers (CIOMR – Confédération Interalliée des Officers Médicaux de Reserve) and the Interallied Confederation of Reserve NCOs (CISOR – Confédération Interalliée des Sous-Officiers de Reserve) from NATO and non- NATO member-states, which is held in Athens from 30 July to 5 August 2022 under the motto “Ή ταν ή επί τας” (with your shield or on it).
An annual meeting of these organisations is held every summer in a different country and is hosted every year by different CIOR/CIOMR members.
