The Minister of National Defence Mr. Nikolaos Panagiotopoulos and the Mayor of Anafi Mr. Iakovos Roussos signed yesterday, Wednesday 9 November 2022, a Programme Contract for the “Configuration of Small Aircraft Runway Surroundings on Anafi island”.
The scope of this Contract is the configuration of the small aircraft runway surroundings on Anafi, according to the required safety standards, for the regularity and efficiency of the international
aviation regulations. The organisation and planning of this project was assigned to the HNDGS/Studies and Constructions Unit (MOMKA), under the supervision of the Ministry of National Defence, as its implementing body.
The signing ceremony, held at the office of the Minister of National Defence, was also attended by the MP for the Cyclades Mr. Ioannis Vroutsis , the Deputy Chief/HNDGS Vice Admiral Ioannis Drymoussis HN and officials.
