The Minister of National Defence Mr. Nikolas Panagiotopoulos honoured today, Tuesday 28 December 2021, at a special ceremony held in the “Ioannis Kapodistrias” Hall, the members of the National Water Polo Team, their coach Lieutenant (Hellenic Coast Guard) Mr. Thodoris Vlachos, and the President of the Hellenic Swimming Federation Mr. Kyriakos Giannopoulos, for acquiring the silver medal in the “Tokyo 2020” Olympics.
The ceremony was also attended by the Chief/HNDGS General Konstantinos Floros, the Chief/HAFGS Lieutenant General Georgios Blioumis, The Chief/HAGS Lieutenant General Charalambos Laloussis and the Chief/HNGS Vice Admiral Stylianos Petrakis HN.
