The Minister of National Defence Mr. Nikolaos Panagiotopoulos had a meeting, on Wednesday 30 November 2022, with the Director General of the Defence Ministry of Israel Mr. Amir Eshel.
The meeting was attended by the Chief of Hellenic National Defence General Staff General Konstantinos Floros and the Ambassador of Israel Mr. Noam Katz.
In the meeting, they underscored the development of the strategic defence relation of Greece and Israel across time and the strong, common will for its further reinforcement, in the field of security and defence of the two countries and of the stability in Eastern Mediterranean.
They also expressed their satisfaction for the high level of the mutually beneficial bilateral cooperation in the field of armament programmes.
