The Minister of National Defence Mr. Nikolaos Panagiotopoulos received today in his office the Deputy Minister of the United Kingdom Mr. Jeremy Quin.

At their meeting, the developments in Ukraine and security matters in the broader region were discussed. The two men exchanged views on the opportunities for cooperation in mutually beneficial armaments programmes, and highlighted the importance of further enhancing bilateral defence cooperation, with regard to promoting security and stability in the Eastern Mediterranean.
