The Minister of National Defence Nikos Dendias will travel to Lithuania for an official visit.
At his meeting with the Lithuanian Defence Minister Arvydas Anušauskas, on Friday 15 March 2024, matters regarding the further enhancement of the bilateral defence cooperation, as well as the developments in regional and international matters in the fields of Security and Defence, will be discussed.
In the context of his visit, Mr. Dendias will visit the Šiauliai airbase.
The Minister of National Defence will also take part at a dinner hosted today, Thursday 14 March 2024, by the Foreign Affairs Minister of Lithuania, Landsbergis Gabrielius.
