The Minister of National Defence Panos Kammenos attended the 5th conference of the Consultation Forum for Sustainable Energy in the Defence and Security Sector organized by the European Defence Energy in cooperation with the Ministry of National Defence, in Thessaloniki.
The Minister of National Defence, in his address, among other things, referred to the initiative of the Ministry of National Defence on matters of Sustainable Energy and environmental protection in which a 40% saving has been achieved in energy consumption without affecting the operation of the Armed Forces.
The organizers expressed their satisfaction from the active participation of the Ministry of National Defence in the field of Sustainable Development.
