In the context of Field Exercise “PARMENION 2015”, on Sunday, October 4, 2015, the Minister of National Defence Panos Kammenos, accompanied by the Chief of HAGS Lieutenant General Vasileios Tellidis, visited the Headquarters of the 79th Higher National Guard Battalions Command, Samos island, as well as the National Guard Battalion of Aghios Kerykos, where he was briefed on the activities of the exercise.
He also visited the work camp of DIDERGON (Joint Command for works construction) in Karkinagri, Ikaria Island, where he was briefed on the progress of the construction.
On Saturday, October 3, 2015, also in the context of Field Exercise “PARMENION 2015”, the Minister of National Defence visited the 7th Amphibious Raiders Squadron and the 180th HAWK Guided Missile Battalion.
