The Minister of National Defence Panos Kammenos accompanied by the Chief of HNDGS Admiral Evangelos Apostolakis, the Chief of HAGS Lieutenant General Vasileios Tellidis, the Chief of HAFGS Lieutenant General Christos Vaitsis and the Chief of HNGS Vice Admiral Georgios Giakoumakis attended a part of the final stage of the joint exercise “Parmenion 2016” which was held on Chios island and included a large-scale landing operation.
Afterwards, the Minister of National Defence visited the outguard of Panagia and the outguard of Farmakonisi where he attended a briefing.
