The Minister of National Defence Panos Kammenos participated in the Informal Meeting of EU Ministers of Defence and Foreign Affairs, held in Talinn, Estonia.
In the meeting, they discussed matters of defence, they were briefed about the operations of the European Union in Africa and they exchanged views about the issues of the Permanent Structured Cooperation (PESCO) and the European Defence Fund.
Regarding the subject of the Permanent Structured Cooperation (PESCO), the Minister of National Defence stressed the great capabilities of Greece in the field of infrastructure, and underlined that it should reinforce the security and defence of the European Union and its citizens.
