In the presence of HE the President of the Hellenic Republic, Prokopis Pavlopoulos, the oath-taking ceremony of newly commissioned Second Lieutenants, Class of 2017 “Major General Georgios Katechakis”, was held at the premises of Hellenic Military Academy, Vari, Attica Region.
The ceremony was attended by the Minister of National Defence Panos Kammenos, the Chief of HNDGS Evangelos Apostolakis, the Chief of HAGS Lieutenant General Alkiviadis Stefanis, the Chief of HNGS Vice Admiral Nikolaos Tsounis and the Chief of HAFGS Christos Christodoulou.
The newly commissioned Second Lieutenants were awarded their swords by HE the President of the Hellenic Republic.
