Honorable Mr. President,
As I have previously affirmed to the Corruption Prosecutor Ms. Eleni Touloupaki, after having forwarded to you the Case File on the case of selling ammunition to Saudi Arabia,
eventhough I have not been charged with an offence, I assert that I renounce my right to ministerial protection provided by article 86 of the Constitution and request that the Case File is returned to Ordinary Justice, so that I will testify as an ordinary citizen and contribute to the full clarification of this case, with no further delay.
