The Minister of National Defence Panos Kammenos met with the Ambassador of Great Britain John Kittmer. They discussed matters of bilateral cooperation, as well as matters pertaining to the South-Eastern Mediterranean, concerning both countries.
The Minister of National Defence, via the British Ambassador, invited Admiral Sir George Zambellas, the Chief of the Naval Staff of the Royal Navy, to attend the celebrations for the 100 year anniversary since the Battle of Gallipoli, which will take place at the island of Lemnos, on April 18, 19 and 20, 2015.
