The Minister of National Defence Panos Kammenos met with the Mayor of the Island of Hydra Georgios Koukoudakis, who thanked him on account of the Hellenic Navy’s contribution, when the island was declared in State of Emergency due to a blackout.
Moreover, following a request by the Mayor of Hydra Island,the two men also discussed the possibility of cooperation with the Hellenic Army Academy, which may participate to the sport event “Swim and Run”, which will take place in Hydra on 16-18 November 2018.
