The Minister of National Defence Panos Kammenos met with the Minister of Defence of Brazil Raul Jungmann in the presence of Brazil’s military leadership.
In the meeting they discussed matters pertinent to the enhancement of the defence cooperation between the two countries and they decided that, during the visit of Brazil’s Minister of Defence to Greece, which will take place over the next months, a defence cooperation agreement will be signed between the two countries and a one-day conference about the defence industry of Greece and Brazil will be held.
The Minister of Defence of Brazil expressed his government’s willingness to cooperate with Greece in the field of defence.
