The Minister of National Defence Panos Kammenos met with the Deputy Speaker of the Armenian Parliament Eduard Sharmazanov who offered the Minister of National Defence the supreme medal of the National Assembly of Armenia.
The Minister also awarded the Commendation Medal Star for Merit and Honour to the Russian cosmonaut of Greek descent Fedor Grammatikopoulos Yurchikhin.
Moreover, the Minister of National Defence Panos Kammenos, representing the government, attended the event for the Commemoration Day of the Genocide of Pontian Greeks and laid a wreath on the Monument to the Unknown Soldier.
