The Minister of National Defence Panos Kammenos, accompanied by the Chief of HNDGS General Michail Kostarakos, the Chief of HAGS Lieutenant General Vassilios Tellidis and the Chief of HNGS Vice Admiral Evangelos Apostolakis HN, attended the celebrations which took place at Rodos Island for the 67th Anniversary of the Integration of the Dodecanese, representing the Hellenic Government.
The Minister of National Defence made the following statement:
“Today, a national day, a day of a national celebration, the Greek youth, the Greek people and the Armed Forces celebrated together the integration of the Dodecanese to the motherland, with songs and dances, without barriers.
Greece united, the people united can face any threat, military or financial. Greece will never die”.
