The Minister of National Defence Panos Kammenos, accompanied by the Chief of HNDGS General Michail Kostarakos and the Chief of HNGS Vice Admiral Evangelos Apostolakis, attended the opening ceremony of the International Defence Exhibition and Conference “IDEX 2015” which is held in Abu Dhabi every two years since 1993, following an invitation he was addressed by the Vice President, Prime Minister and Defence Minister of the United Arab Emirates and Dubai’s Ruler Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
He visited Greece’s national stand and all the stands of Greek companies of the public and private sector participating in the International Exhibition.
He assured all Greek exhibitors about the government’s constant and unreserved support to their efforts to enhance and widen their cooperation with companies of the United Arab Emirates.
The Minister of National Defence visited also stands of other countries, including the national stand of the United Arab Emirates.
