The Minister of National Defence Panos Kammenos who visits Abu Dhabi, following an invitation of his counterpart, in the context of the International Defence Exhibition IDEX 2017, met with the Secretary of National Defence of the Philippines Delfin Negrillo Lorenzana.
They discussed the capabilities of cooperation in the field of defence, and the Minister of National Defence accepted an invitation to visit Manila, accompanied by representatives of state and private industries at a date to be determined through the diplomatic channel.
The Minister of National Defence also met with the Executive Director of the UAE Defence Group (IGG) with whom they discussed the expansion of the existent cooperation.
Then, he met with financial agents interested to invest in property of the Ministry of National Defence.
