The Minister of National Defence Mr. Panos Panagiotopoulos had a working meeting today with the Chairman of the Workers’ Union of Neorion Shipyards Mr. Gheorghios Polidoulis and with the Chairman of the Trade Union of Cyclades and Secretary of the Workers’ Union of Neorion Shipyards Mr. Theodoros Mitskas.
Aim of the meeting was the situation at the Shipyards of Neorion and the problems faced by their workers.
The meeting was also attended by the Deputy Minister of National Defence Mr. Dimitris Elefsiniotis, the Special Secretary of the Ministry of National Defence Mr. Antonis Oikonomou, the Chief of the Hellenic Navy General Staff Vice Admiral Evaggelos Apostolakis and the politician for the District of Cyclades with the “Nea Demokratia” party Mr. Hristos Kaftiranis.
