The Deputy Minister of National Defence Mr. Ioannis Kefalogiannis concluded today, Tuesday 29 August 2023, the tour of informational visits to the Military Hospitals of Attica, by visiting the Hellenic Army Biological Research Centre, the 414 SNEN (Military Hospital for Special Diseases) and the Armed Forces Joint Mental Health Centre, at Penteli.
Mr. Deputy Minister, accompanied by the Commanding General of the Higher Military Command of Army Support, Lieutenant General Georgios Kostidis, the Director of HNDGS/Medical Corps, Rear Admiral (Med) Antonios Papageorgiou HN, and the Director of HAGS/Medical Corps, Major General (Med) Dimitrios Kassimos, was briefed by the Director of the Hellenic Army Biological Research Centre, Colonel (Med) Christodoulos Christodoulou, the Director of the Hospital, Colonel (Med) Konstantinos Gouzis, and the Director of the Armed Forces Joint Mental Health Centre, Captain (Med) Efstratios Lamboussis HN, on the organisation, staffing and operation of the aforementioned structures; their capabilities and perspectives were also discussed.
