The Deputy Minister of National Defence, Alkiviadis Stefanis, inaugurated an exhibition of paintings and archive materials pertinent to Evzones and their history, at the Athens City Museum – Vouros-Eftaxias Foundation, on Thursday, 15 October 2020.
The exhibition is organized by initiative of Lisa Pentheroudaki, President of NPO “PHERMELI” and is a tribute to the contribution of the heroic Evzones Battalion of the Presidential Guard. Sixty-four Greek artists exhibit their creations, inspired by the historic battalion of Evzones, its history and uniform.
