The Deputy Minister of National Defence Alkiviadis Stefanis visited on Tuesday 24 December 2019 the islets Megisti, Strongyli and Rho, so as to exchange wishes on the occasion of the Christmas Holiday.
During his stay, the Deputy Minister visited the Surveillance Outposts of Rho and Strongyli, the Torpedo Boat “Roussen”, the HQ of the Island Defence Command of Megisti, and spent the night at Kastellorizo.
On Wednesday 25 December 2019, he visited Kassos island, accompanying the Prime Minister.
