The Deputy Minister of National Defence Mr. Nikolaos Hardalias attended today, Thursday 17 March 2022, representing the Ministry of National Defence, the handover ceremony  of the Commandant of the Hellenic Coast Guard – Hellenic Port Police, where the outgoing Commandant Vice Admiral HCG Theodoros Kliaris handed over duties to the incoming Commandant Vice Admiral HCG Georgios Alexandrakis, at
the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Insular Policy, at the Port of Piraeus.

The ceremony was attended by the political leadership of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Insular Policy, members of the Government, MPs of the Hellenic Parliament, the Chief/HNDGS General Konstantinos Floros, the Chief/HNGS Vice Admiral Stylianos Petrakis HN, the Chief/HAFGS Lieutenant General Themistoklis Bourolias and the Chiefs of the Hellenic Security Corps, General Secretaries of Ministries, as
well as local authorities of the Church and the Regional Government.
