The Deputy Minister of National Defence Mr. Nikolaos Hardalias and the Chief/HNDGS General Konstantinos Floros met today, Tuesday 4 April 2023, with the Chairman and CEO of OTE Group Mr. Michael Tsamaz, at the Hall of the Joint Chiefs of the General Staff Council “Marshal Alexandros Papagos”, at the Hellenic National Defence General Staff.
The meeting was also attended by the Chief/HAFGS Lieutenant General (AF) Themistoklis Mpourolias, the Chief/HAGS Lieutenant General Aggelos Houdeloudis, and the Chief/HNGS Vice Admiral Ioannis Drymoussis HN, as well as the Executive Director Corporate Communications & Sustainability OTE Group Ms Deppie Tzimea.
In the context of the meeting, the Deputy Minister of National Defence and the Chief/HNDGS awarded Mr. Michael Tsamaz for the OTE Group’s practical assistance, contribution and support to the Hellenic Armed
Forces’ task, in particular the surveillance and enhancement of our country’s land and maritime border control. In addition, on the occasion of this meeting, Mr. Tsamaz was bestowed the insignia of Reserve Captain, as he was recently promoted.
