The Deputy Minister of National Defence Alkiviadis Stefanis attended, on Saturday 2 November 2019, the festivities conducted at the mountainous Kelli Community, on the occasion of the 107th anniversary since the Liberation of the said settlement, located at the Florina Prefecture.
The Commander of the C’ Army Corps/NRDC-GR Lieutenant General Konstantinos Koutras accompanied the Deputy Minister of National Defence.
