The Deputy Minister of National Defence Alkiviadis Stefanis attended the Oath-taking Ceremony of the Army Officer Cadets’ 1st Class “1st Lieutenant (Armour) Antonios Karambelas”, on Friday 20 December 2019, on the premises of the Hellenic Army Academy, in Vari-Attica.
The Chief of HAGS Lieutenant General Georgios Kambas, the Chief of the Hellenic National Guard General Staff Lieutenant General Ilias Leondaris, the Higher Military Council, delegates of members from the Armed and Security Forces and numerous friends and relatives also attended the event. The relatives of the Hero 1st Lieutenant Antonis Karambelas were honoured during the event.
