On Saturday, 29 December 2019, the Deputy Minister of National Defence Alkiviadis Stefanis visited Frigate “AEGEON”, which is on offshore guard duty in the North Aegean, as well as the small island of Kinaros, in view of the New Year’s Day holiday.

The Deputy Minister of National Defence discussed and exchanged wishes with the Frigate crew and the sole resident of the small island.

On board the Frigate, the Deputy Minister of National Defence was welcomed by the Commander in Chief of the Hellenic Fleet, Vice Admiral Stylianos Petrakis HN.
