Today, Tuesday 9 March 2021, the Deputy Minister of National Defence Alkiviadis Stefanis visited the 98 Higher National Guard Battalions Command at Mytilene where he attended the change Command ceremony, from Lieutenant General Anastasios Spanos, who is now the new Commander of C’ Army Corps, to Major General Dimitrios Tsipidis.
During his stay, The Deputy Minister met with the Regional Governor of Northern Aegean Mr. Kostas Moutzouris, the Vice-Regional Governor of Migration Crisis Mr. Dimitrios Kousourbas, the Mayor of Mytilene Mr. Efstratios Kytelis, the Vice Mayor of Gera Mr. Parashos Manousos, the Chairman of Moria Community Mr. Ioannis Mastrogiannis, and the Chairman of the Panagiouda Community Mr. Evangelos Violatzis.
