On Wednesday 29 January 2020, the Deputy Minister of National Defence Alkiviadis Stefanis, accompanied by HNGS Chief Vice-Admiral Stylianos Petrakis and the Chief of fleet Vice Admiral Panagiotis Lymberis, went aboard the “KATSONIS” submarine and observed a torpedo firing exercise conducted during the programmed national technical exercise “PERISKOPIO”.
The aforementioned exercise was conducted in the context of the annual program of operational training of Hellenic Navy Units.
